We need each other. New Testament authors rarely spoke in terms of “my faith,” instead they frequently said, “our faith.” Our faith in Jesus and our hope in His promises cannot be separated from our relationship with each another. As believers in Jesus Christ, we have unlimited access to God that leads to a confident life of faith, hope, and love. Like embers need the fire, we need each other, too, because of our present struggle to walk with Jesus by faith with hope in Him.

“Let us be concerned about one another in order to promote love and good works… encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day drawing near.” (Hebrews 10:24-25)
