Having served in various capacities in leadership training ministry since 1984, Wendy’s great joy is envisioning and equipping women to participate fully in the grand calling of the Great Commission. With a BBA from Texas A&M University, and an MABS from Dallas Theological Seminary, Wendy has led inter-mission and inter-confessional equipping efforts for 30+ years. She now serves as the Mission Advisor – Development of Women for Missio Nexus, and as the founder and Executive Director for the collaborative Women’s Development Track. She and her husband Ed Dudding live in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho where Ed serves as a trauma/addictions therapist.
Prayer requests from Wendy:
1. Praise for a great Board that keeps me on task and well in my role. For our deliberations around what we learned in 2020 to carry into 2021 related to connecting and mentoring, for ongoing funding health, and that we adapt well to serve current and future partners in meaningful and transformative ways. That we follow Jesus fully into all He has for us!
2. Final preparation and coordination for the next mentoring cohort at Wycliffe in early March. That every member stays well and comes ready in heart, mind, and strength! And for the ongoing online coaching circles and book discussion groups that meet monthly.
3. God’s recognized guidance, conviction and provision through local, state, national, and international leaders in these challenging days – and for those leading gospel efforts around the world so that we may be a blessing to God’s Kingdom “on earth as it is in Heaven” no matter what comes.
