Perseverance in Prayer

One of the hardest things about prayer is that it doesn’t have a status bar. You don’t know how long it will take to get answered. You don’t know if it will be answered the way your requested. You don’t know if it will get answered in a way you didn’t expect. You don’t know if the answer to your prayer will be, “no.” So what do we do when it seems like God is not hearing our prayers?

Jesus knew the weakness of our flesh and that we are prone to give up so He gave us a parable in Luke 18:1-8 to teach us that we should pray and not give up.
