Jesus is our Great Hero

We love super hero adventures because the characters have weaknesses just like us, they have struggles just like us. We need heroes who can identify with us and us with them. In reality, we need more than comic book heroes. We need a hero who understands our weaknesses. We need a hero with the moral character and spiritual power to conquer evil. The writer of Hebrews says that hero is JESUS.

As our Great High Priest (Hebrews 4:14-5:10), He is greater than anyone or anything, so why would we trust in anyone or anything else.
