Running the Race

In Hebrews 11, we read about the great examples of faith by the patriarchs, the prophets, and a host of others who walked with God by faith. They have run the race and climbed the mountain with their eyes on Jesus. Now, it’s our turn.  Hebrews 12 is the pinnacle of the mountain where we stand looking up at all of the witnesses to the life of faith in Jesus. We run the race of life with our eyes on Jesus rather than the circumstances surrounding us.
